Our Mission: The East Tennessee Vocal Association is dedicated to advancing the cause of music education in general and choral music in particular in public and private schools in Eastern Tennessee.

ETVA is affiliated with the Tennessee Music Education Association (TMEA) and the Music Educators National Conference (MENC). Many members are also affiliated with the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).

ETVA sponsors several events during the school year at the middle school and high school level. These include the All East Tennessee Choruses, the All East Tennessee Middle School Honors Chorus, the J.B. Lyle Choral Festival and the Middle School Choral Festival.

Retired members of ETVA have free lifetime membership in the organization. You may join ETVA by clicking the link below to take you to our documents page where you will find a link to the online membership application. Membership fees are $20.00 per year.
